Notify

Function:

Used for informing that a guest has arrived by appointment or without an appointment. If Appointment = 0, notify Resident Mobile App and use Approved Visitor API for residents to approve or reject. If the appointment = 1, notify the guests of the arrival

Used for residents to request a QR Code for Visitors.
