Products and Solutions Used
The Rice Saphan Khwai project is an office building that offers a modern management experience with technology from LET ME IN, designed to meet the needs of tenants, visitors, and security personnel through an automated system that is user-friendly, fast, and secure.
Parking Ticket Dispenser Kiosk
Visitors can receive a parking ticket through the QR Code Dispenser Kiosk, where the system will link the vehicle's license plate with a QR Code to ensure accurate entry and exit tracking.

Self-Service Registration Kiosk
Visitors can register to enter the building through the kiosk by using their ID card, driver’s license, or passport for identity verification, while also specifying the floor they wish to visit. This enables fast and secure access to the building.
Entry Registration Website
For those who wish to register in advance, they can contact staff to complete the registration using OCR technology for identity verification, enhancing convenience of access and reducing processing time on-site.

Access Control Usage
After completing registration, visitors can scan the QR Code at the turnstile and elevator to access the registered floor. The system will grant access only to the specified floor.
Parking Ticket Stamping
Tenants or shops within the building can easily stamp parking tickets received from the QR Code Dispenser Kiosk for their customers through the website, enhancing convenience for users.

Parking Fee Payment
Visitors can pay parking fees either through the website or by self-service at the kiosk. The system will automatically lift the barrier gate upon successful payment, allowing for a quick exit from the building.
Traffic Congestion Management
In case of traffic congestion, security personnel can use a handheld device to extend parking time or to charge additional parking fees as appropriate.
